Ross Harvey★I loath making reviews when I don't have something good to say. I love Hardee's mushroom and Swiss burgers. I made a special trip yesterday into Cape Girardeau to get them. They were advertised at $6 on the Google search. They ended up being $10. That's fine. But the girl serving me was rude. The mushroom and Swiss burger I ate didn't taste like the one's I was used to eating at Hardee's in Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois and other places. I really wish I had gone through the drive thru. I would have missed the ' you should be lucky if I don't screw up your order attitude.' I've spent many years

She's always there with a smile and a kind word, even when is working completely by herself and I would've been a stressed out mess, she was STILL focused on customer service. Finally they agreed to exchange them for a fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was fresh and hot and had a good taste. Some employees was talking about their personal home issues and problems
