Drive through worker didn't know what a chicken tender was until I said chicken strip even though I was ordering a 5 piece tender meal according to the menu. Got them home and they're dry as a bone and tiny. The biggest one is about 4 inches long and barely wider than a USB A end.

Tenders so overcooked you can't chew them. Ordered wedges and queso. Was given a half individual side. Drive thru said they don't carry that. Fine, then refund or make it right. Offered me 2 more tiny burnt potato wedges. Had to go in and let them know that wasn't a $9 entree... 😡. Won't be back

Being competely packed and rushed thru the drive thru. My wife and I stopped in to get our dinner. Even with a highly stressful environment. We were treated so well. No stress or aggravation seemed to consume any member of the staff. The manager was dancing around filling orders and the woman who waited on us in the drive thru was such a pleasure. This is consistent behavior for the last year at KFC. Thank you to the entire staff. I hope the franchise.makes it worth your while. I'd wait on your service any day! Thank you. Oh and my food was hot and delicious.
