City BBQ is definitely the top bbq spot in town. We placed a very large order (the mother load sampler, it weighed like 10lb in the takeout bag), and I was impressed by how it came out in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant was also super clean and family friendly, and it gave m 4 year old to do something while we waited the much shorter than expected time. The customer service was also amazing. Let me start by saying the service was very friendly and professional. I just cannot believe how bad my meal was. I ordered the sampler with the ribs pulled pork quarter chicken and brisket and was shocked at how bad it was. I don't believe I've ever had meat that's dry before. I've enclosed a few pictures of the brisket for reference. Absolutely pitiful, and I have traditionally always appreciated and enjoyed City Barbeque from the first location I went to near downtown Indianapolis and even to this one. The ribs like the brisket were dry as the Sahara Desert and I can't believe it.

We ordered a large carry out (in advance) for our son’s Grad. party. The team putting together our order went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Even ensuring we knew to be careful unpacking the food at home so we didn’t lose the juices.
