While it offers the convenience of fast food, the quality and clean, welcoming environment make it feel like a proper casual diner experience. It remains a local favorite.

I was passing through with 3 little kids (hungry, tired, cranky... kids) and clearly had my hands full as a solo parent for the night. The staff was so patient with us and the general manager was even kind enough to help us to our seats and bring over a high chair for our little one. We had a fantastic meal and enjoyed some dessert afterwards. The place is clean and the folks are friendly. We felt safe and welcome. Nice franchise and amazing employees. We will definitely come back when we are next in the Carmel area.

I really like Culver's, just not this location. The managers here have figured out they can increase profits by always leaving out one item on a to-go order. I know this because it keeps happening. At first, I would always call and drive back to get what was left out, but it started to become so routine. They apparently are banking on the fact that you WON'T come back to get what was intentionally left out. I probably won't be going back until there is a significant management change.

I went through the drive thru, my order was just a double cheeseburger . According my receipt my order was taken at 11:19 .56 . It was 11:38 when I got my order, no apology.I have always experienced great service here in the past.
