I picked up a Sausage McMuffin this morning from McDonald’s at Army Trail Rd and County Farm Rd, Carol Stream, IL. When I got to work and opened it, it looked like someone took a bite out of it. Staff blamed “the machine,” but these are hand-assembled—how did they miss this? They offered two free meals, but this lazy, unacceptable behavior shows zero quality control. This place is a joke early morning, I place a mobile order and the woman always tells me that they are closed. The guy that works the other days is great! I haven't seen him in awhile though. That woman is just lazy and I can't understand her at all. She tells me that she canceled my order.

Ordered through the app. Redeemed the 4500 point reward for a free large fry. Ordered an additional large fry and one of the shaker fries, so should be getting three total. They proceed to argue with me that I only paid for two so I only get two. Duh I only paid for 2, I got one for free with an app reward. Continued to argue with another person coming to the drive thru window to also argue that I'm only getting two despite the receipt literally showing the promo free one plus the two paid for. They eventually gave me the 3rd fry but were absolutely willing to argue and try to steal my money/r

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONLDS TERRABLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They told me they could not give me a new meal when they clearly put pickles on my chicken sandwich and I am allergic to pickles. I would have had an entire allergic reaction if my dad didn’t see it and throw it out. I came back into that store with a recipt and they said I needed the meal. How am I supposed to give me the fricking meal of if I can’t even be in the same car as it. Make it make sense. Please I beg do not go to this restaurant. Whoever the manager was she was a terrible human being.
