The crust was light, perfectly crispy and the bones were not dry and hard, more like a breads tick so they were eaten. Everyone knows the cheese makes a pizza great - outstanding. And loaded with toppings. Will be back when we are down this direction again. From St. Louis and we know pizza. Pizzarella is excellent.
