Reminded me home - Texas, that is. Decent BBQ in a smallish town. We got two pulled pork sandwiches which comes with one side. The potato salad was fab and the fries were good. Our lunch meal also came with two little corn breads. We had a very nice server, too.

Coming from Texas I was pleasantly surprised to find a legit BBQ place in Casper, it might even be the only one. The brisket in my sandwich was super moist and tasted perfect. The sides I tried were equally impressive, baked beans and mac n cheese. You can just tell somebody in the back cares because these sides are made with real quality ingredients! Oh, they even had sweet tea! I'll definitely be back to try some other meats in the near future!

I'm giving you a two. Not because it wasn't good but because I ordered the Pile Diver which clearly states Shrimp on a bed of Greens. Lettuce is NOT Greens...especially if you call yourself Southern BBQ. Of all the options you might as well have just do Lima Bean's & Pea's.. They're green too. Everything else was great and would have got 5 stars but I ordered that expressly looking forward to some grilled shrimp and greens and got a side salad instead. 🤬

They have wonderful weekly specials. We went on Wednesday, which was Ribs n chicken, with two sides of your choice. They had a rub on them then sweet bbq on the side with zucchini fries and epic Mac n cheese. It was so delicious! The best BBQ I have had in Wyoming. The chicken was perfect. They start you off with cornbread with your drink delivery. Definitely the place for some good Ole southern BBQ.
