Visit this location on a Sunday night it was pretty scarce as we were one of the only people in the restaurant. However, staff was very attentive and so kind to us in time to provide recommendations or suggestions. Food was amazing! Don’t sleep on seafood and chips! It’s like fish and chips (fries), but lobster claws etc. They offer a full bar with many drink options! And a coffee bar. Dessert: must get the donuts!!! They’re fluffy, soft and served warm with two types of dipping sauces!

Yummmmmo! Norma’s was hands down one of the most delicious brunches I’ve had in a long time. I’m still thinking about the braised beef and potatoes benedict I had. We also ordered pancakes for the table, and no one regretted that; thry were fluffy and delicious. It was my birthday so I also got to indulge in a delightful chocolate coated creamy mousse-y dessert situation. So good 😭. The wine list and vibes are also immaculate. It has that old-Hollywood-Palm- Springs energy, playful and glamorous. Truly a perfect brunch experience. Highly recommend.

Norma’s in Palm Springs is everything you want breakfast to be—vibrant, indulgent, and flawlessly executed. The huevos rancheros are outstanding. The flavors are bold and perfectly balanced—the richness of the eggs, the depth of the sauce, and just the right amount of spice come together in a way that feels both comforting and elevated. It’s the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after the meal. The omelette is just as impressive—light, fluffy, and expertly prepared. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in the execution, with fresh ingredients and a perfect texture that makes

I dont understand the good reviews here. Service was horrible. Forgot our waters, waited about 15 minutes after wrapping up to get bill. Ordered the Eggs Benedict and Huevos Rancheros, and by far some of the worst fusion food we have ever had. Asparagus, and pancake on the normal Benedict that just didn't hit the spot at all. Huevos Rancheros was legit over cooked so much there was zero run to the egg, almost tasted like a hard boiled egg. Gotta understand these are 30 dollar menu items..... they should be phenomenal...... This place was recommended by several people and the first plac
