My husband and I come to Pho Pasteur regularly for pho or bún bò Huế—it’s our go-to spot and has never let us down. The food is consistently comforting and flavorful, making it the perfect place whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, especially on cold days when you’re craving hot, soothing broth. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions. The restaurant is clean, the food comes out promptly, and there’s plenty of seating with tables and booths that accommodate both small and larger groups. The menu has a wide variety of options beyond noodles as well, including bánh mì

Randomly came here Monday evening for dinner—was surprised there were no customers in the restaurant, so my family and I became skeptical. However, food turned out pretty good! For appetizers, the Gỏi Cuốn (summer rolls) was good, a bit too thick though—was not a fan of the Chả Giò (fried spring rolls), not very tasty meat filling. For entrees, I really enjoyed the Bún Riêu—very flavorful broth with lots of minced crab & pork and even had a spicy kick to it. The Phở, Hủ Tiếu & Cơm Thịt Nướng were decent. Food came out fairly quick and prices were reasonable.

My wife and I are visiting Baltimore this weekend and didn’t have any reservations for Valentine’s Day. She was searching Google for restaurants and found this place. Parking was a little crazy due to the hot pot and the snow, but the pho was well worth it. The broth was hot and flavorful, the noodles and meat were tender, and the add-ins (jalapeños, bean soups, and Thai basil) were plentiful. I believe this will quickly become one of our go-to spots for dinner!

I loved everything about this restaurant, the food was amazing and I like that it was family owned. The only pho you should order is the beef, you're honestly a bum if you get chicken. The top round is surprisingly good and the fatty brisket is surprisingly bad. I also recommend getting the Thai iced tea.
