I submitted a case number CCC8686151 and the response was scripted, didn't address any of my concerns. We were in the area for a tournament Saturday 4/25/26 and had 3 hours between games. I saw this bdubs on the way in. And had a wide variety of food that adults and kids could order. We got there around 1pm 10 adults, 3 kids, so, definitely a larger party, but happily waited while they put some tables together for us. It did not appear super busy. But given the size of our party we put in food and drink orders at the same time. The drinks took a very long time to come out. And after 15

So disappointed in this establishment! My brother visted this location and forgot his car keys and when he went back today he was told that his keys were handed to someone else. How is it reasonable to hand out someone’s keys without asking for a description of the keys. The whole time he was there the bar tender knew that it was his keys. It’s really hard to believe that some stranger came by after 10Pm to claim keys that don’t belong to them. A decent establishment would at least offer to review security footage for who claimed the keys and take accountability for handing someone else’s prop

The bartender was inattentive, chicken was under sauced despite asking for extra. I asked for water drank it and the bartender took the cup without offering more before she left for ten minutes. These smaller BW3 feel anemic. Go to Waxahachie location. Much much better.

Seriously 1 server to a 28 top?? This location was not busy. The manager would rather comp food then get in and help the server. We all received food before we had drinks/waters. No excuse to allow your server to be overwhelmed. Fun policy.. you can't order drinks at the bar and bring them to your table.
