Literally so annoyed with this location I’m gonna stop coming here. It’s always a bad experience. They hire too many young people and leave them to run the restaurant by themselves knowing that for some of them it’s their first job. They don’t know what they’re doing. Which causes long lines, missing items in the order or having to wait extended time for the order to be made. It’s ridiculous. There should be older people on shift with these kids because they can’t handle it. I just left there this morning without even getting my order that I had already paid for. It’s that bad! I’ve gone twice now in the last month and they have given me cold fries and a lukewarm burger. The last time I went around and asked them to remake it and they did, this time I got all the way home before realize my burger was cold.

Ordered online. Hotcakes and sausage was part of the order. Unfortunately there was no sausage. Would have been nice to have the sausage. So I guess all customers should be sure you get what you order before you get home. For McDonalds, do a quality check.

I'm PISSED!!! I placed an order for the drive-thru, from home, via the app for the Big Breakfast with Pancakes. I drive here on this busy Sunday morning, and see that the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. Although, it hurts tremendously to walk, I park in the handicap parking, (I have a placard) to go in to get my order instead. A worker at the counter sees my order number on my phone, which also shows that I've paid, and proceeds to tell me that another worker will bring me my order, "IF she can find it."
