I ordered chicken noodle soup from a third party ordering service and the chicken was raw. I got more help from the AI chat bot on the ordering service app than the manager I spoke to. There was no concern or apology from said manager. He just said that the soup isn’t made in house and gave me an email to send pictures to. I know there isn’t much they can do since I did not order directly from Jason’s, but an apology is a basic courtesy.

We love Jason's. We go every time we are on this side of town, specially because of the salad bar. Only down would be that this is the 2nd time in a month we came and seems to always be something wrong with the ice cream machine. Otherwise it is always good food and friendly staff.

I haven't had Jason's Deli in decades but stopped in because my sister gave me a giftcard. I was a tad apprehensive wondering if it was going to be as good as I remembered, especially since it had been decades. Well, they did not disappoint. Upon entering, I was greeted so warmly by the cashier and she patiently explained all the toppings on each potato. I finally decided on the CB Ranch Potato to go. My order came out quickly and just as I remember, it was delicious and also hefty so I only ate half and have leftovers for tomorrow.
