Food was excellent, had their house special Lomo W/ Causa and Anticuchos (perfect medium). The food was well prepared with authentic spices and flavors. Presented well in a way that made them easy to eat but not messy. Owner was present and engaging, they have dual language menus with great descriptions of their dishes. Restaurant was clean, culturally rich and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend, also got their passion fruit juice and it was delicious in combination with the food. Ate so fast I didn’t even get to take any pictures. Let this empty plate remind you to sna

Best Peruvian food in all of Colorado! The ceviche was made to perfection. The lomo Saltado sandwich was absolutely delicious, the meat was so tender and flavorful. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I absolutely love this place! Up until recently, we had only ever gotten the rotisserie chicken (which is phenomenal, by the way), but on this visit we decided that we wanted to branch out a bit. I got the Tallarin Saltado and my wife got the Chaufarron. Both dishes were fantastic and I can highly recommend both! The staff is always extremely friendly and willing to give you recommendations as well. Overall, I can't recommend Pollo Lima enough!

Came in today after a craving for Pan Con Chicharron, and they did not let me down. The portion was huge and filled me up the rest of the day. Service was great and the owner was friendly and chatted me up a bit about how they import a lot of their products from Peru. Flavor was on point and I’ll definitely be back for the Broasted Chicken I saw people eating.
