Table seating is not a guarantee. Had gotten there early (9:30/10:00) because I heard from a friend that they sell out fast. It’s definitely worth eating for breakfast. Everything blends so well together, not hot sauce is needed, but also welcomed.

I visit the shop for the roast pork sandwich with sharp provolone cheese and I’m never disappointed. I also have gotten the roast beef and that was excellent also. The sandwiches are a little pricey, but they are worth it because they are delicious. I would definitely go here again and whenever I’m in town, I always make sure that I stop here. This shop can get very very busy but they move people along very quickly so don’t be discouraged if there’s a long line. Their sandwiches are worth the wait.

While having ice cream at the Reading Terminal Market, I chatted with an elderly lady sitting next to me and was told that Roast Pork is a more authentic and local Philadelphia sandwich than Cheesesteak. Coincidentally, this particular shop in the market was quite famous, so I tried it the next day for breakfast!
