The noodles and broth are just like those ate in LanZhou, China; very authentic taste, not expensive either ($13-14) for one bowl. The deliciousness lies in the hand-pulled noodles-- moderately chewy and savory with the broth. One bowl/serving of the noodles is decently large. The beef portions are also decent, and their chili oil is very earthy and aromatic. When ordered to takeout, they would separate the broth and noodles: the amount of broth is very sufficient. I have to say, their Duck Soup is amazing with generous portions. I originally ordered through UberEats for their Jelly Fish but unfortunately it wasn’t the kind that you’d find in ChinaTown…. Sigh. Luckily the Duck Soup made up for it.

This hidden gem is the best spot for delicious noodle soup. My son and I always order the beef flank soup. The broth is so delicious and flavorful. The noodles are hand pulled. You can see the chef through the window actually hand pull it. It’s pretty fascinating. We leave this place completely satisfied every time. Spot is small with not too much seating but I don’t normally have to wait for a place to sit. Soup comes out so fast so no one really lingers and sit for too long.

Such a great find. The staff always seem genuinely happy to see you and very intentional with their service. Prices are great and portions are too (I always end up taking leftovers). Also love that I can control the spice level with the sauce at the table.
