I am genuinely not one to get mad enough to leave a review over a fast food place. However today did it for me. I ordered nacho fries and every single one was either stale or literally CRUNCHY. I also ordered the Cantina burrito meal. I was charged for my drink separately, and was told that it didn’t come as a combo after I had already paid, when clearly I believed it was when I was ordering. My words to her were “for the drink I will take a pepsi,” indicating I wanted a combo. This should have been relayed to me before I paid more to get less. Not to mention when I got the food all of it was

Good most of the time, but I went today 4/5/2026 and the woman working the window was not only rude, but she forgot to give me my drink. Called to ask for help and the woman who answered ignored my complaint about the poor customer service. Will reconsider going back.

Food was great. Service was alright. Horrible rating is due to the fact I found a metal ball bearing in my frozen Baja blast. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of it but I gave it to the manager on duty. They didn’t care and were rude about it when I reported it. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. I’m glad I didn’t swallow it but please check your frozen drink machine as if my kid swallowed it I would be in a different mood.
