Just tried D’Cuban for lunch and I can already tell this spot is about to be in heavy rotation for me. First off, the pastries absolutely live up to the hype. I grabbed three pastelitos Guava & Cream Cheese, Dulce de Leche, and Nutella and every single one was fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor. The guava and cream cheese especially was that perfect sweet tangy balance. The passion fruit drink though next level. You can actually taste the REAL passion fruit. Not watered down, not syrupy straight tropical flavor in every sip. And the star of the show the Authentic Cuban Pork Sandwich. Man

First time today. Will be back. Elite design in the space. Love the ease of ordering via kiosk. Attentive and friendly staff. Black beans, rice and maduros were exactly what I crave having lived in Miami previously. Vaca Frita was not the best I’ve had but good enough considering all the other positives. (Ideally I like it crispier with onions more cooked and less dry).
