Serving Sterling★Drivers Beware. Had two orders to pick up at this location, the first order was initially already ready. However, the second order wasn’t ready and had a wait time. I talked with the server (in blue) who said they’re going to the back to check and see the order was ready. As I watch him go to the back, then followed up checking on his tables, he proceeds to talk to the guy (in all black) which he came back and to me it was his manager that he would check on the order. I asked the guy (in blue) as a server the kitchen doesn’t communicate to you how long the order would be or give an estimate?
