I was interested in trying the Argentine style churro that I used to have in my childhood, filled with dulce de leche and with Bavarian cream. They were made to order with crisp perfection and filled as you watch. I asked to only have sugar outside, I hate cinnamon. They accomodated to sprinkle your choice of cinnamon sugar, plain sugar, powder sugar or nothing. I would recommend nothing for dulce de leche filling. The dulce is enough sugar. I will come back and try the Spanish chocolate with the traditional churro. Delicious.
