If it’s your first time trying birria ramen, I’d skip the chains and go somewhere known specifically for birria. *AS YOU CAN SEE THE AFTERMATH! 😋😋 My top pick near Chandler 🌮 Best overall for birria ramen + tacos ⚠️ The Taco Spot — Literally known for both birria tacos and birria ramen, and it’s right in Chandler. Many locals specifically mention the birria as the reason to go. For your first birria ramen order 1. Get the birria ramen. 2. Order 2–3 quesabirria tacos on the side. 3. Squeeze fresh lime into the broth. 4. Dip the tacos in the consommé between bites. 5. HORCHATA a MUST❗️ 6.

Great place to eat, the shredded beef tacos were delicious as was the horchata and hot sauce...tongue is still burning. Customer service was great, Liz took our order with a smile and recommended favorites to try. I'll definitely come back here next time im in town.

I do not recommend coming here. The photos speak for themselves—what they show online versus what you actually get is completely misleading. Their social media makes the food look rich, flavorful, and satisfying, but the reality was the exact opposite. We ordered the birria tacos and the corn birria quesadilla, and both were extremely disappointing. The tacos were some of the blandest I’ve ever had—barely any meat, no flavor, and they looked like they’d been sitting out for hours. It was basically just a tortilla with a small amount of dry meat, and it even fell apart while I was holding it. S

Taste was good, but when you get street tacos, if there's not enough meat to split into two tacos, we have a problem. Why else is there two tortillas? Hot sauce was fire and horchata was perfection! It wasn't chalky tasting like rice can get from the starches that collect.
