I ordered takeout from Wheat Express. The stinky tofu was crispy and flavorful, really delicious with its sauce. The chicken with Szechuan chili oil was served cold — a bit surprising at first, but tasty, slightly spicy, and rich in flavor. The braised beef noodle soup had a great broth, though the beef was a bit dry and tougher than I expected. Overall, I enjoyed everything and would come back to try more dishes next time!

Wheat is my go to spot for delicious authentic Chinese noodles. Their spicy and sour beef rice noodles are packed with bold flavors and the perfect balance of heat and tang. The broth is rich the beef is tender and the noodles have just the right texture. While this is my favorite their other options are just as impressive. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely a must visit for noodle lovers.

I ordered chicken mushroom with rice. Flavor was good. But there were hard mushroom stems and lots of pieces of bone. It was difficult to eat. Wish they warned me about all the pieces I had to avoid. I would have ordered something else.
