We dined at 82 Queen for our anniversary this evening and it was the culinary highlight of our long weekend! The staff were very friendly and even allowed us to move up our reservation 45 mins early. Walking down a narrow and charming ally, we were escorted to the second floor where we were seated in pure Southern elegance. We started with the fried green tomatoes and they were like none I have ever had! Complemented with pimento cheese (very subtle) over stone-ground grits, with tomato–bacon jam on the side, they didn't last long. My wife had the jambalaya and I had the fish and grits which

Beautiful surroundings first class service and Charleston’s finest food. Fresh mint ice tea, crab cake appetizer, blackened Grouper and pralines and cream for dessert. The perfect culinary blend.

Visited for the 1st time, on vacation. What an incredible place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere stunning. And the food was out of this world. I've raved about it to everyone I've met since. I'd book another vacation to Charleston just to go back. FYI we ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes, and She Crab Soup to start. Fried chicken tenders with bacon ranch wraps, home made potato chips and Jambalaya. It was to die for.

The setting was amazing. My husband and I chose to dine outdoors where the scenic garden kept us captured. The cocktails were well prepared and the wine was nice and crisp. My husband had the duck and I had the gumbo, both were well proportioned and seasoned. Overall I give this place a 10/10 we will definitely be back
