We stumbled into Café Frank completely by accident, originally just looking for a warm cup of tea to take a short break from the cold. What started as a quick stop turned into one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had in the U.S. Instead of tea, we ended up enjoying a cocktail and a glass of wine. Because we had an appointment, we had to leave but after about an hour, we found ourselves coming back, this time for dinner. Very nice place and wonderful cocktails!! Service was fantastic. My wife and I didnt have a reservation so we couldn't eat but they let us sit and have a cocktail or 2, So definitely recommend getting a reservation. Very quiet and romantic. I highly recommend this place.
