She-crab soup was packed with crab and was rich but very good. The shrimp po boy was extremely messy but had great flavor. Cajun Snapper was moist and had great flavor as well. The pimento Mac was bland and a little dry. And the brown butter cake was baked well but was way too sweet. The jambalaya was very good, a little spicy but in a good way. The turkey was good but the bread was a little soggy. The brisket was tasty but a little overcooked. The fries and sweet potato fries came out cold, but Sarah L. was great and got them replaced very quickly with hot fries. The taste of both type of fries was very good when fresh. The inside is gorgeous: dark grey wood everywhere, very modern, and smells amazing from the moment you walk in. I love that it’s in the space that used to be Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill; the renovation really makes it feel like a whole new place.
