K★Ordered a turkey bacon & ranch wrap & small curly fries for $9. What I got was a mini chicken wrap. They didn't tell me until after I ordered that they don't have the "big" wraps anymore. Funny because when they did full size wraps it was the same price as whatever this meal is suppose to be. The fries were cold too. Last time I go to an Arby's. If I did want chicken wraps you could get 2 and fries for the same price at Mcdonalds. Wish I had used my card so I could dispute. Lesson learned.

I do have to say that when I got home I gave my wife the crispy fish sandwich I picked up for her and she said even cold it was excellent. It makes me wish I had purchased 2 fish sandwiches. Lol Service is excellent.

Their roast beef is of the processed type and is definitely not even close to a representation of Buffalo roast beef but it's an option if you need something fast and aren't in the mood for McDonald's or Burger King. The girl running this location is a great employee. Very friendly and on her game with customer service.
