I haven't been back to the area since this was written in 2016: My first experience with Pho (no, I can't really explain why it's taken so long) and I really enjoyed it. I went with a group from the class that I was in town attending and we filled their largest table. A flurry of appetizers whirled by and I can highly recommend the soft shell crab as long as you are alright with spicy food. The crabs they served us were fresh, tender and sweet. Lightly battered and fried crispy on the outside, they were topped with a medley of chopped chilis that heated things
