Went to buy breakfast sandwich #24 only. Paid in cash. Received...something smashe, cold, and dry. Immediately went to return it and was told "thats just how it looks". It was a single piece of bacon broke in half, barely any egg, a single piece of ham so thin cut it was see through, unmelted cheese on a dry smashed sourdough bun. For $7.19!! The store was not busy, it was about 630 on the working. And the older male cashier was snippy. I didn't even take a bite and I asked for my money back. I didn't yell or curse.

Food was old, took them extremely long to fulfill an online order that was placed in advanced. Told us to re-enter the drive thru since they didn't have it ready. No straws, napkins, or sauces. In short, took long and didn't get our order right. Will not be revisiting.

I've been going to this location on occasion for decades. It seems. Generally one of the more consistent Jack in the Boxes because you can tell by how hot and fresh the fries are. I do not know about everybody else's experience but I've really been disappointed. The service is pretty good, if you want to cut your soda with some plain soda water and they will do it for you. Pretty easy on and off with the freeway, and there's a cheap gas station across the street, one of the cheapest around. So you can gas up, and well gas up. 🤣

I had made a mobile order at 12:27 Am midnight and I ordered a ham breakfast jack and the ham was really had and old I’m disappointed this is not Ok and all the people the is working there are so nasty and disgusting they don’t do there job right they be playing too much.
