I pulled up to the drive through speaker at 9:30 pm on a Friday night. It took about 5 minutes before I was even greeted. And then another 10 minutes to get my order of one small peanut butter cheesecake shake. And when it did finally come, it was wrong. So when I asked her to make it again, correctly, she just added cheesecake and blended it again, lost some of the ice cream and just filled the cup with whipped cream. Worst service and food I've ever had from any sonic and I worked at one in high school.

Had sat in driveway for 10mins and nothing. Pulled over to a stall and waited for over 20mins after pushing the button pushed again and waited again for another 10 or so mins. This is a nighty things with this location... If you're not going to have ppl done there jobs what's the point of keeping it open. I stop hoping for my sterryberry lemonade... But no even time I stop here it's the waiting game... This place sucks

First time customer. Order 20 ahead of time. Got to the order stall pressed the button, waited 5 minutes no one answered. The red light turned off. Noticed the screen was off backed out to another stall waited 10 more minutes. I finally got my order and everything was wrong down to the drink. The fries and tots were very cold. Pressed the red button again waited 5min. I had to get down and knock on the door. The employee looked at my food and told me everything was perfect and it was not. They mad another order and they still got it wrong! They need to hire people who take pride in their work.

Been waiting in the drive through parking spot for a good 10 minutes , no one to take my order. employees standing outside with headsets just talking instead of helping customers. People pulling off because they aren’t taking orders .
