I love City Brew! The staff is awesome and friendly. I’ve never had problems with them getting my order wrong. They serve excellent coffee and breakfast items. I always enjoy their seasonal drinks too. The only issue I ever have is that the coffee cups are filled right up to the top, which causes them to leak and spill everywhere when I’m walking into work. I appreciate not being ripped off, but it is just too much coffee for the cup.

I love the drinks here! But the service could use some work. The staff get annoyed and short tempered when they are asked to correct mistakes they make. Maybe they need to invest in a new drive thru speaker so they can hear the order being placed? Or maybe just a better response to human error would be a better answer. Either way the attitude is unnecessary for a simple mistake.

The Cheyenne City Brew is one of my all time favorite coffee shops. The baristas are so friendly and I always get a awesome brew. On the rare occasion something has been wrong they immediately work to correct it. The coffee shop itself is comfortable and inviting. I love the nice days that I can sit out by the firepit. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cheyenne area.

I went yesterday with a study group for school, and the blonde lady at the counter was so sweet. She was super helpful as it was my first time there and she was very nice. The drink I got was also so yummy, it was a peach charger, and it tasted like a real peach, not artificial peach flavoring. I was impressed!!
