Had the best breakfast at this cafe on a recent trip to San Francisco. The owner is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, making all the food and coffees himself. I had the Francisco bagel with lox and an iced coffee, and both were fantastic! Super cute atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, and we can see why it is obviously loved by locals!

My visit to Cafe Francisco near Fisherman’s Wharf was a delightful surprise. Tucked away on Powell & Francisco, this small, quaint corner cafe has real staying-power—owner also acts as barista, server and chef, which adds such a personal touch. We tried the Francisco Bagel (swapping in sourdough) and the Roast Beef Tuscany, both absolutely divine. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and solid breakfast/brunch options. If you’re in the area, this gem is well worth a stop.

Ziad has created a true sanctuary with his cafe. The soft jazz, the delicious breakfast, and the overall energy is unmatched. Absolutely recommend this local joint!

Coffee, pastries, sandwiches and salads, all made with care and attention to detail. I had a wonderful slice of banana bread that was delicious with my mocha. Seating outside and inside.
