First, they took all day to understand my order. Then, I asked for my food to be fresh and it wasn’t. I ordered a small onion ring. They literally gave me 1 big onion ring and the other 3 were butts of an onion that didn’t even look like an onion ring but like little corn balls. When I told them about it. When I come to Chicago three time a week 12 times out of a month i stop and order on my online Sonic app. This evening I stopped to purchase my usual and use my rewards I used 200 points for a Hot Fudge Sunday which my husband wanted and a small Oreo flurry. have a completely liquid slushie and that was room temperature. could’ve easily told us to pick something different. we ordered online while in the parking lot so there was no chance for it to be able to melt. truly disgusting!
