The quality of the food here has gone straight into the gutter. The steaks come out grey, looking like they were boild before a quick sear, or they are just very old and have been frozen...I will not order them anymore. The 1st steak was WAAYY overcooked, (dry & no pink) the other was under, almost purple in some spots. It was ordered medium. All 3 orders of green bean were mushy (even the replacement order that was requested to be steamed). How do you MESS UP green beans?!? Seriously can't with tjis place. We were 2 of the 7 customers in the restaurants and there were at least 10 staff member

I recently visited Applebee’s and overall the experience was mixed. The food was really good and came out fresh, which I definitely appreciated. However, one of the staff members was giving what felt like unnecessary dirty looks for no reason, and it was noticeable compared to how other employees were acting. You could clearly see a difference in attitude and energy from the rest of the team. That same staff member also came across as having an attitude that made the service feel unwelcoming, almost like they didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to work. Service started out fine enough even though the server couldn’t answer a simple question about the menu. Fine, maybe she’s new. The fine service quickly turned to horrible service.
