When I purchased this drink this spring, I specifically ordered a 32 oz light ice. What I received was a cup that was nowhere near full, despite requesting light ice. When I asked the employee if they could top it off, I was told, “That’s one can.” That response left me wondering: if one can only fills the cup to this level, does the same amount go into the small size too? If so, it seems like the only difference between a small and a large is how much ice you’re paying for. As a customer, I expect a larger drink size to actually contain more product, not just more empty space or less ice. T

I have been coming here since it first opened up and I have seen so many employees come and go, but lately what I have noticed is a complete lack of caring about the quality of service, and the total disregard for the one thing that is provided, drinks that are properly made.Several times recently my drinks are incorrect, no matter how many times I say what I want, I have to repeat the order, and then still receive totally incorrect drinks anyway, many times I am the only customer in the drive thru.It's like the employees are annoyed that they are having to do their jobs, because most are just

Tried the Iced Caramel Hazelnut mocha which is caramel and hazelnut, steamed chocolate w/bold espresso. It was very delicious and reasonably priced. This is only a walk up or drive through coffee pit stop which ok if your on the go. Excellent customer service. Drinks tasted amazing! We ordered one lavender Italian soda with cream, one mate Frappuccino and one Mexican mocha Frappuccino. Honestly after we tried Human bean out in bullhead Arizona for the first time, we haven't gone back to Starbucks and instead will attempt to find one in every city we're in.
