This ramen is the real thing! We stopped on our way to West Palm from Brooksville. Our waitress was the most caring & helpful server I think I've ever had. When she asked if I had an allergy, and I told her gluten sensitive, she went over every possibility & every option I could choose...the result, healthy & amazing food! Our dishes came out quickly & we were well taken care of. I am sorry I waited so long to review the restaurant, because I wanted to name her here. She's the best! Dark hair, glasses & full of smiles & kindness.

The service here is excellent! We were seated and taken care of right away. I tried the pork rice bowl. It was good, but the pork is *very* fatty (which the waitress warned me about before I ordered it, lol). I'd be excited to try more on the menu!

This place is amazing. We tried the dumplings, Birria Ramen all were good but the tantanman Ramen was fire. One of the best I have ever tried. Ellie took care of us and she was super sweet and took her time explaining everything. This is a must do in Clermont

So, I had a C4 ramen and veggie tempura. I was used to different sauce to dip tempura. I cannot remember the name of it. They have you mayonnaise with it. Not my favorite dipping sauce but the tempura was perfect. Ramen was delicious as always. And a super nice people works here. Always polite and helpful. I've been there multiple times in past 2 years and never ever had a bad experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
