Normally that kind of mix-up is frustrating, but Keisha handled it perfectly. She actually listened, acknowledged the mistake without hesitation, and made it right quickly and professionally. Terrible place. I don't know what they are doing here. They don't know how to measure portions or they only give their friends real food portions. I bought 2 meals and they chicken nuggets looked like leftover crumbs. The fries weren't even 15 individual fries combined. The sandwich had barely any ingredients. Terrible small on everything! I'm NEVER eating KFC!

This is supposed to be honey bbq nuggets! I have never purchased honey barbecue nuggets, and they came out looking like this no matter which store I visited. Mind you I have been to this location several times. I went back to the store to inform them of the error and was basically told that’s how the sauce is made (WHICH IS A LIE) and it was early that’s why the sauce looked like that. Instead of just remaking the food and taking accountability for the incorrect item I was turned away. You would’ve thought I asked for a refund or my whole order made over. Customer service is terrible at this

I just left KFC on Coventry Way in Clinton where I bought my grand daughter some chicken tenders. They were dried up. Over cooked and disgusting. She started crying when she saw them. For the money people spend on yaw'lls food it shouldn't be disgusting, over cooked and dried up.
