The McDonald's on Alexander Ferry Rd is very clean and decorated really nicely. The customer service was excellent. The General Manager was very welcoming.

I arrived to this location at 11:30, and they have the lobby closed when their sign clearly says midnight. Another customer stated that staff says that they close the lobby at 11, but allow customers to remain in the lobby until midnight. I walk to the location because I don't have a car, and they said they can't serve walk up customers in the drive thru window. This is bad practice by the staff because they are refusing service to customers, and breaking policies by closing before stated time without advance notice.

When I tell you that this location has the freshest fries....always hot and golden brown. I have been here 3 times for fries and a fried apple pie. So good!

I live in the area and I always come to this McDonald’s and it’s always a wait. I’m actually in line now waiting for ice cream cone and been sitting here for approximately 13 minutes. This is a disaster. Whoever the general manager is needs to be wrote up and put on probation. This is the slowest fast food McDonald’s in the DMV. Where is the regional manager and what are they doing?. Something has to change. We need to retrain this entire store. We love the fries, but we hate the service. McDonald’s do something internally.
