Burgers and shakes, amazing! Drive thru person EXTREMELY RUDE!! But, enjoyed our dinner anyways, and will go back. Lol. (Example, there was more, but this was the end of service..: We ordered 4 shakes, I only had two cup holders. I asked if we could have a drink holder please, no response, so i asked again, so with huff she almost threw it in the car. The said "Thanks, Bye!" , and shut the window. Not what she said, how she huffed it, lol.

I wanna give a shout out to Ginger who was such a sweetheart. I had a hard time ordering my food at the drive thru tonight because it was hard to hear. I pulled around and I tried to confirm my order and she took the time to make sure my order was correct and was really patient with me. This is what customer service is all about! Give this girl a raise or a promotion! She absolutely deserves it. Thank you so much Ginger!!

It must be a thing adding ketchup to a pork fritter plus mayonnaise with the pork fritter being fresh and crunchy. It was good — all except the ketchup. The drive thru line was long and it appears the wait time is two minutes longer — making it on average a seven minute wait during peak lunch time. Minimally the wait staff should say “ sorry for the longer than normal wait time,” when the lines are backed up.

This is close to my office, so I go fairly often. They always get people through quickly. Staff is always friendly. Food is always hot. It’s also the most affordable fast food in the entire metro.
