So was here getting two of the 4.99 double cheeseburgers. I ordered them without pickles or mustard but asked for Swiss instead of American. The guy on PA said sure no problem. Got to window paid went to check my food unfortunately had pickles and mustard. My other half pukes after eating or even smelling pickles, and neither of us big mustard fans. But I digress anyway went back in and showed I'm guessing manager on duty. He apologized for the mistake, had them remade, making sure was right himself. mozzarella sticks were good.Burger was good. The shake was less filled than I would like. staff felt rushed, but i was the only one in line. not the best experience i've had, but definitely not the worst

Food was great. They were very busy. But Dimonte was very kind, professional & greeted us with a smile. He did a fantastic job of providing great customer service even though it was incredibly busy!

Ordered my food started eating and found my biscuit was completely raw in the middle so who ever made it cut the biscuit and still put all the meats on the raw dough!! Picture for proof don't eat here!! You can literally pull the dough and it stretches.
