I’ve been to this location recently quite a few times specifically in the night &’ have been attended by a young lady cashier EVELYN who has made every visit exceptional. She always has a positive attitude even when it’s busy. I’ve never driven away unsatisfied. You can tell she takes great pride in her job. She is always so attentive &’ super patient even when I can’t make up my mind on what to order. Workers like her are what make all the difference. Especially working in the food industry it’s very evident she brings all the energy to the environment.

Jack in the box has always been in my top 3 of fast food / burger joints. I absolutely love they're hours and that you can order breakfast lunch or dinner at any time of day. Not any 2 locations have the same open and closing times but I do know the dining areas do close around 11pm. If it's after 1 am you can expect a little wait in drive thru especially if it's a weekend. It is my own personal experience that I say that because Jack in the box has always been the go to spot in-between the bar or club to the after party but they're usually quick. Every time I order any type of burger it's always dry and flavorless. I recently tried your three sliders for $10 they were super tiny and as I said dry and flavorless. Every time I come in, which is often, to the drive-thru your staff is always friendly and efficient.

Our order was COMPLETELY WRONG after waiting in line for 30 MINUTES. It is not that hard to get people's orders right. DO BETTER. I called your corporate office and also left a scathing complaint.
