We ordered an acai bowl through the self-order kiosk with banana, strawberries, and granola. It was supposed to have no plain base, but what we received was a bowl that was about 90% plain, with no banana at all. When I asked about it, I was told they were out of bananas and had substituted extra granola instead. The frustrating part was that nobody informed us beforehand—we only found out after we asked. Because I was pissed, they offered a replacement item, and I chose strawberries. In the end, they gave us a single strawberry. We were also interested in trying the pickup locker system, so
