Worst $180+ we’ve ever spent on a meal for two. Honestly, even $30 would have been too much for the quality of food we received. If I commented on how horrible every single thing on our plates was, I’d waste even more hours of my life, so I’ll try to keep this somewhat short. The menu choices were extremely limited, which was never mentioned when we made the reservation. Then the food came out, and somehow it was even worse than the menu. First weekend back to our DFW area after a 2 weeks home trip to France. Well, no more depression, we discovered a new address: Next Bistro. Here we have a truthful Bistro in the Colleyville area. Very good food. Eclectic menu. French dishes are perfectly executed. The crispy duck, I would call it the perfect best of 2 culinary worlds, Chinese and French. I was almost a French Duck confit, but then it came with the succulent Chinese crispiness. Perfect. Prices other than for the pasta dishes are reasonable. Very extensive wine menu. Not sure one appreciates the pushy proposal from the waitress

As always our dining experience was over the top!! We had the most delicious meals … Mango shrimp sandwich and Seafood crepes. We finished with Whiskey cake with walnuts and whiskey sauce along with 2 scoops of homemade vanilla bean ice cream… we split them. Unbelievable flavors, portions, and presentations!! If you go … ask for waiter Alex … “Alexander the Great”!! He was DELIGHTFUL, knowledgeable, and so on top of everything we needed and requested! Loved his personality!! One of our favorite “date day” outings for sure!!
