Today is my 9th visit to this location and I must say the service is consistently slow. I want to emphasize their motto is Hot and Fresh well I can tell you this. It’s definitely not Hot. I don’t recall being at a restaurant where the coffee is warm. People love hot coffee.

Since we were through with shopping my daughter wanted to snack on some fries. So, we went across the way to Whataburger. The restaurant is very clean, neat in appearance and well organized. My daughter ordered medium fries for $2.99, I ordered the Whataburger meal, onion rings and medium Dr. Pepper for $10.99. The fries and onion rings, were nice crispy and hot. The burger was made to perfection and very tasty. Our cashier was Mr. Johan, who was very polite and welcoming. When I asked for the law enforcement discount Ms. Jolie, was readily available to assist. She had a very sweet smile, kind

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The last year and a half though I have experienced nothing but trouble with my orders. We use the app which is simple enough, but once our food is dropped off to us and the employee runs back inside we then discovered that our order is either missing items or half ours and half someone else’s or completely someone else’s order. It’s a shame because I really love eating Whataburger food. And when they have their special shakes like the Dr Pepper shake for instance, it is really good.

last night I placed an order on the app and I meant to order at a different location. I went to the wrong location, waited about 20 minutes past my estimated arrival time before I looked at my app and realized I ordered at a different location. So I called this location to ask if it was too late to get my food, and they said I could still come got my food. What made this a 5 star experience is that it seems they remade my food because it wasn't soggy or cold in any way. it was warm and fresh. Thank you all for your kindness.
