I visited this McDonald's at approximately 11:00 PM on 05/31/26 and had a very disappointing experience. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, yet it took about 20 minutes to receive my order. Considering there was no line, this wait time was unacceptable. What made it even more frustrating was that the food was cold when it was finally handed to me. After waiting that long, I expected fresh, hot food, especially the fries. The employees appeared uninterested and lacked any sense of urgency. Customer service was poor, and the overall experience reflected a lack of effort and management

Currently in the drive thru on 4/11. I got off of work at 10:35pm. I have been sitting here for now 10 minutes and have had to wait almost 5 minutes in between each car’s order. There were 3 cars ahead of me on each side, so do the math. I had a mobile order but of course I can’t just pull around. The girl was letting everyone know when they got to the box that they were short staffed. I feel sorry for whoever they had working tonight. Short staffed on a Saturday? Manager should be ashamed. I wouldn’t let my team struggle like that.

The manager had an attitude with us. When we got to the window she yelled at us and said we needed to give them our code at the speaker. We did! They told us to pull around to the window. So we did. That’s when the manager got attitude with us. On top of the crappy customer service, she gave us a bag of food that contained two sandwiches and three of the 4pc nuggets. When we asked her where the rest of the food was, she told us that was everything. I told her we were missing things and she insisted on seeing the receipt. On April 17 at 6:06 I went to this very McDonald's and place and order for a hot N spicy meal and a chicken nuggets meal both of which came with a medium FRAPPES. As we get to the first window we are told by the employee that they aren't able to serve us frappes so we then proceed to request a cancellation. The employee then grabs her manager and she proceeds to tell the employee to go ahead and proceed with the frappes. At this moment we were instructed to go to the last window where we waited for approximately 25 minutes until I went inside to grab the frappes. I had to wait an additional 10
