I just visited this location today at 3:22 pm. i normally wait to do reviews, but this was the worst sonic burger I've had in a while. Normally it seems as if Sonic has a season that they use on the patty, but this burger tasted like a generic brand with no seasoning, like cheap pool hall food. The bottom bun looked like a chunk was missing. The tater tots was mildly warm to almost cold. I see why they closed all of our locations in Georgia, with quality like that you cannot sustain. The double cheese burger was terrible. The burger didn't taste like beef meat. The seasoning was not present. I have been a customer of Sonic's since the late 90's. The taste of their burger has been the worst in the Richmond Virginia area. I have had Sonic burgers in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia. The past two years in Virginia has revealed that Sonic no longer desires to be competitive. The quality of the meat is not worth the price. After complaining, I got a chicken sandwich. placed an order in the drive thru for 2 milkshakes and was told there was only one size. when we realized there were 4 sizes available we attempted to change our order but couldn't get the young girl to respond. when we finally got to the window there was someone different there. they responded that they were too busy helping other people to respond to us so we had to change our order at the window. 10 minutes later we got milkshakes with no straws, no spoons no napkins. we attempted to get straws still sitting at the window but no one would respond to our request. finally the manager came to

The service is usually good here but not today. Ordered online checked in when I got there which was 2 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. No one responded to the button being pushed for 5 minutes at which time I checked in. Push it again when another customer who had arrived after me got their order before me. The rude person who answered said you have to check in when you get here which I told her I had already. My food had obviously been sitting there for a while.
