My husband and I have gone to other Friendly's and had good experiences but this is now our favorite location. There's never a wait when we go and each server has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I get a classic grilled cheese every time and my husband likes to try different things and always says the food somehow gets better each time we go! The new menus look fantastic and more inviting, the food is always hot and delicious and we get ice cream to go to enjoy later on and it's always made right. We love the service here and will absolutely keep coming back!

Jess was our server and she was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and attentive. Listen, is the food great? Of course not. It’s Friendly’s. You go for the ice cream, which is excellent, and that’s why it gets four stars. But Jess made the experience a joy tonight!

We loved Friendly's! I used to take the kids special to eat and happy ending ice cream. We went today, it was the place we had our first date many years ago! My only problem is I cannot eat the ice cream and they do not have a sugar free choice. But place was packed and kids were having fun. Go enjoy with families not fancy but good for entire family to have fun.

Just left Friendly's after meeting a delightful waitress/server Sabrina. While the wrap was a little small with only a small amount of fries the meal was just fine after meeting this fine young lady. It is nice nowadays to come a kind and funny woman like Sabrina. Keep up the good work
