Holly Hott★You expect to have a good experience going out to eat when you spend $20 on three food items and two of them come out burnt, You don’t get any syrup for the things that you ordered and the cheese looks curdled. It’s just a big waste of money and time. If anybody in the commerce city area thinks about going to this Jack-in-the-Box, I would say you should not.

I asked for a iced vanilla coffee and an iced coffee with cream, no sweetener. When I got to the window, the young man tried to hand me a black hot coffee. He had no clue of what I was saying about the iced coffee with cream and we went back and forth 4 times. He finally asked someone while I pulled my phone out to translate it because I don't speak fluent Spanish and I shouldn't have to. The egg rolls are hands down the best, Every time I stop by, the service is on point, and today was no exception. I came in this afternoon, and even though they only had two employees working, everything ran smoothly. Ordered curly fries got stale chips (yes deadass). it was half assed. matter fact whole order was half assed. I understand its late but no reason to disrespect costumers like that.
