Haven't had a Farmer Boys burger in probably over a year but I saw the $9.99 big cheese box meal deal and decided to drive thru. The burger was really good. The fries seem a little different than what I remember. I'm not sure if they changed the way they make them or maybe they need to change out the oil? I wouldn't know but they seemed as if they were seasoned with fry crumbs if they makes sense. I asked for a lil cup of the ranch and I still love their house made ranch. I've worked in customer service for over 25yrs so I'm hyper aware of customer engagement and the customer experience. The team was amazing. Best service in a very long time from any fast food. We ordered the bacon box, an amazing deal for 11.99! They gave us extra mustard packets, ketchup packets, and napkins. The food was so good, everything cooked to perfection 👌 Fries were hot and plenty, burger was stacked with veggies and just the right sauce. The drinks were properly carbonated and great ice to soda ratio. Thank you!
