My $33.58 order was incorrect and no one answers the phone at this location. Wrong order and a unhappy ex-customer. That's what you get going through the Drive Thru Line. I would give you a ZERO if I was able to.

Place smells like it has a broken sewer! Second, when a customer pulls up to the drive-through window and his/her order is not ready, don’t ask the customer to reverse and leave the window as you make the order. If you feel unsafe, have management get thicker or bulletproof windows.

Customer service is awesome here However PPL DO NOT BUY HERE IF THEY FORCE YOU TO USE THE KIOS. If I have to use the kiosks I'm not coming here no more and you shouldn't either don't support this place that we can order from a customer they need jobs also.

I went to buy my girls food the lobby was clean but has a damp underlying sewage smell has for more than 10 yrs. The workers were in the back on their phones and I called out saying excuse me 5 times never responded continuously stayed on their phones for at least 5 minutes UNACCEPTABLE!!! once I was finally acknowledged the service was nice and food came out fast. But the overall experience wasn't good and I've been going to this location off and on for 20 yrs and the treatment by them are still the same
