I went to McDonald’s today and ordered a pancake platter. The manager gave me one syrup in the bag for three pancakes. I simply asked for one extra one and they told me that would be $.35 please. I would’ve bought an extra syrup but I tried to tell them that I don’t think one syrup is enough for three pancakes the manager who told me that they would not be able to give me one name is Raquel I think that what she said she didn’t have name tag and wouldn’t write it down so I would not suggest going to this McDonald’s anytime during the morning while this person is on shift, she does not care abo

After leaving work I stopped by to grab a Tea, from placing my order to receiving my order, the workers were absolutely awesome. They spoke cheerfully and seemed to have a great team. Which helps making a better work environment to better customer service.

I went in to get food. And I was immediately told to go to take out place 1 by the manager wearing a pink shirt. So I went, I then got my food… but no drink. So, I tell them I am missing my drink. They then go inside and come back out and say their manager needs me to show them a receipt… it took me a few trying to find said receipt. But I thought the whole situation was weird since I was told to park somewhere else by the manager that asked me for a receipt… like she wasn’t working the window and was originally supposed to hand me said drink. I recently visited one of the newly redesigned McDonald’s locations, and the experience felt very different—and not in a good way. The restaurant now feels more like a kiosk or vending machine setup rather than a place where you’d want to sit down and enjoy a meal with family. The front counter design is especially unwelcoming. It gives the impression that customers are expected to grab their products and leave rather than feel comfortable staying. On top of that, the level of customer service has noticeably declined.
