Sarah was our waitress just now and she was awesome!!! My husband is... something else to say the least ( lol ), so he made the order super complicated and excessively time-consuming! She had 2 or 3 other tables come in directly behind us and was extremely patient with him, graciously helping the other tables when he ordered wrong then couldn't made a decision. Our family (4 adults) is used to his direct and dare I say boss man tone of voice as he fails at not just the 2nd try to order but also witty dad jokes. I hide my embarrassment and get it done lol. First off the management ran at this establishment is not the best. Every encounter I have had with one has been nothing but rude gestures and mean comments. Had an incident with my food not being cooked properly, asked for a manger when she came out (Misti) she had a very mean demeanor when speaking towards me, when I tried explaining the issue she kept cutting me off, proceed to pick the plate up and take it back to kitchen, heard some words be exchanged about the issue to the cooks and servers, never seen or spoke to her for the rest of my visit and never got any type of discount or anythin

DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOOOOTT GET THE ONION RINGS WITH PANCAKES YOU WILL FEEL HORRIBLE AFTERWARDS. Great food and incredible service, though. Awesome store, if you are given the option to come to Conway's IHOP, go. Also, I'd recommend going at sunset, as it's just the most plan beautiful dang thing you'll see. Something something, American melancholy, it's got dang beautiful. No ants, contrary to popular belief, and off-puttingly quiet. 5/5. Just know that they dont have Coca-Cola products.
